Welcome to BuildPulse. By accessing or using our website (buildpulse.dev) and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

BuildPulse provides web development, web design, and custom analytics dashboard services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement provided before work begins.

2. Project Agreements

All projects require a signed proposal or written agreement (including email confirmation) outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms before development begins. Changes to project scope after agreement may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins on any project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery or deployment to production.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as time and resources have been allocated to your project.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Revisions

Each project tier includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at an hourly rate communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverable files, including custom code and design assets created specifically for the project.
• BuildPulse retains the right to use project screenshots and descriptions in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in extended project timelines. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed, BuildPulse does not provide ongoing hosting or maintenance services. We will deploy your project and hand off all necessary credentials and documentation. Ongoing maintenance packages are available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuildPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed to date. If BuildPulse terminates, we will deliver all completed work and refund any payment for undelivered portions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hernando County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
